We just wanted to let you know how fortunate you are to have Dennis Dicks in your employ. He is a gentleman and a extremely knowledgeable and capable technician. We are so pleased to have had the pleasure of his expertise in the installation of our new furnace and heating and cooling system. He had such confidence in his ability that we felt assured that our system was going to be all that we hoped it would be.
Dennis is a hardworking technician. He had to install our system on a hot and humid day, second only to Hades. He never complained, never took a break and very capably installed our system. He is a perfectionist and was not done until the job was completed perfectly. As well, he is very personable and was a pleasure to be around. His assistants (Brian, Chris and John) were also personable, capable and hard working.

Now that Christmas is over, Kathy and I wanted to drop you a letter
